Description

Una deliciosa receta de carne deshebrada en salsa gravy servida sobre un suave puré de papa.


Ingredients

  • 1 kilo de carne de res deshebrada
  • 2 tazas de salsa gravy
  • 4 papas medianas, peladas y cortadas en cubos
  • 1/2 taza de mantequilla
  • 1/2 taza de leche
  • sal al gusto
  • pimienta al gusto


Instructions

  1. Cook the potatoes in a pot of boiling water until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
  2. Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot. Add butter and milk, and mash until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. In a separate pan, heat the gravy over medium heat.
  4. Add the shredded beef to the gravy and stir to combine. Cook for 5-7 minutes until heated through.
  5. Serve the beef mixture over the mashed potatoes.
