Una deliciosa receta de carne deshebrada en salsa gravy servida sobre un suave puré de papa.
Ingredients

- 1 kilo de carne de res deshebrada
- 2 tazas de salsa gravy
- 4 papas medianas, peladas y cortadas en cubos
- 1/2 taza de mantequilla
- 1/2 taza de leche
- sal al gusto
- pimienta al gusto
Instructions
- Cook the potatoes in a pot of boiling water until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
- Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot. Add butter and milk, and mash until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
- In a separate pan, heat the gravy over medium heat.
- Add the shredded beef to the gravy and stir to combine. Cook for 5-7 minutes until heated through.
- Serve the beef mixture over the mashed potatoes.
